libopenctl0.8 software package provides OpenCTL from Graphics Transformation Libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libopenctl0.8
libopenctl0.8 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libopenctl0.8 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libopenctl0.8 *
